My love of baking and decorating cakes happened quite unexpectedly. After 12 years, I left my full time career in the field of brain injury to stay at home and care for my little ones. Then, wanting to make each birthday special for my daughters, I plunged into the world of cake decorating and discovered a new talent and passion!

My style has been described as clean, elegant, fun, sophisticated and creative. My cake making skills are versatile; going from a three tiered elegant wedding cake adorned in personally handmade sugar flowers, to a cute and fun child’s birthday cake with a perfectly sculpted character on top.
