Fantastic cake!
My experience with Nicole was phenomenal. I had gone to 2 other bakery cake tastings and I was getting frustrated. We called Nicole and met up with her and tasted the samples, I was in love. She made us a blueberry cake with a peanut butter and vanilla bottom tier, which satisfied my groom and I both! The guests couldnt get enough. The cake was beautiful and delivered on time. I would absolutely order from this bakery again. 2 days later and I’m still eating some from the fridge and it’s still fresh, lol!!

Nicole is extremely sweet and met with us to discuss our vision for a simple but elegant cake for our big day. The hardest part of the whole process was deciding which flavours we wanted for our cake because all of the samples she brought us to try were delicious! Nicole was fair and realistic with the size of cake we would need for the guests at our wedding and did not pressure us into getting a larger cake than we wanted. We asked Nicole to make sugar succulents to go with the theme of our wedding flowers and they were incredible, you would never believe they were made out of sugar! We were so happy with how beautiful and delicious our cake turned out. I would recommend Nicole and Cakeity Cakes to anyone, especially the combo of her lemon cake with raspberry buttercream filling (to die for!!) Thank you Nicole!!

Hi Nicole!  I was absolutely thrilled to see your final masterpiece! Nicole is amazing to work with and her cakes are soooooo good. My husband and I were searching for a particular nostalgic vanilla wedding cake taste that is moist with a light frosting that is not too sweet. The moment we had one bite of Nicole’s samples, we knew it was the one! We had 3 flavours – vanilla cake with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, vanilla cake with strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream, and red velvet with cream cheese frosting – all of them were gorgeous and the taste was amazing! My only regret is that I didn’t eat enough of it on our wedding day. She is the nicest person, very professional, cares about her clients, and her pricing is very reasonable. We are so satisfied with her service that we continue to refer her to everyone we know that’s looking for a baker for their special events. In fact, we are having her cake again in a few months for a cousin’s milestone birthday and we all can’t wait to taste her cake again! Thank you Nicole for everything and I hope to book you again whenever we have a special occasion to celebrate! All the best to you and your business!
